Harsa Perdana was born on January 14th 2001, growing up and living in a fishermen’s environment. He started his film making career in 2021 where he attended university. His first film “Selembar Kertas”, was selected in 3rd Sumbawa Film Festival and brought him to be active in Sumbawa film community. For about a year, he made his second film, “Sang Punggawa Laut Sumbawa” which was then awarded the 2022 Eagle Award. His second film’s journey brought him to the open world, introducing him a much deeper understanding in various film festivals, nationals or internationals alike.
