Aida Radar

Aida Radar is the pen name of Ummu Syahidah, born in Tidore on July 6, 1989. Since 2021 she has lived in Ambon City, Maluku. Besides being a wife and mother of a daughter, she works as an English lecturer at the Accounting Department, State Polytechnic of Ambon. Although not very productive, since 2010 she has written poetry and short stories that have been published in several printed media, online media, and joint anthologies. Due to her love for watching movies and dramas, she became interested and began to learn screenwriting in late 2022 after his first short film screenplay entitled “Menjenguk Engku Lahi” won first place in the Islamic Short Film Screenwriting Competition held by the Institute of Arts Culture and Islamic Civilization (LSBPI) of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). Since then, she has often attended screenwriting workshops to learn more about the world of screenwriting for short films, feature films, and drama series. Currently, she is still learning and trying to develop some ideas in her laptop archive into the screenplays of short films, feature films and web series that are expected to attract the attention of film producers to be visualized in their respective broadcast mediums.
